Overview

In love with Samos and Hora for over 45 years, the owners started sharing this special bond with guests in renovated cozy village houses in 2015.

Aiming to offer an exceptional experience in Samos and Hora, specifically to larger families and groups of friends, they have designed and constructed Pasparo Apartments from the ground up. This estate provides complete privacy and features a stylish and cozy home. It is uniquely positioned to offer a breathtaking view, ensuring a relaxing retreat for both mind and soul.

Pasparo Apartments can accommodate up to 11 guests and has an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Aegean Sea, Asia Minor, outlying islands and the neighboring lush plain.

Located in the hilly and green outskirts of Hora—Samos' former capital— the property is 2 km away from a bay long stretch of beach and the seaside town of Pythagorio.

Pasparo Apartments

The property takes its name, Pasparo, from that of the area as referred to by Hora inhabitants. The fruit of a collaboration between the owners and a French interior designer, Pasparo Apartments has been built on the highest point of a terraced estate allowing a view and can host up to 11 guests.

Dominating an olive tree grove, an orchard and a water spring and surrounded by Mediterranean trees and plants, the property consists of 3 apartments.

Apartment 1, adjacent to a large terrace and to a 20-meter infinity-edge swimming pool, consists of:

• A living room with fireplace
• A closed kitchen
• A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet
• 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor
• Guest toilet
• Garage, changing room and toilet in the basement
• Can host up to 5 guests and 1 nanny or maid in a separate bedroom

Apartment 2 and 3, a stone throw’s away and yet independent from the Apartment 1 consist of:

• Bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom and toilet
• Terrace

Apartment 3, on the Ground Floor

The Surroundings

Pasparo Apartments is located in Hora, a village on the Southern coast of Samos:

• 2km from an 8km stretch of beach and several cove-style beaches.
• 3km from Pythagorio, the birthplace of the renowned mathematician Pythagoras, which remains a historical and lively port village famous for its restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops, churches, its old castle, ancient ruins, museums, art galleries and more.

Its location conveniently allows you to discover all facets of Samos and to reach other parts of the island easily.

Although Hora has grocery stores, a bakery, a pharmacy, tavernas, bars and a taxi stand, we encourage guests to rent a car to fully sample what Samos has to offer. We can recommend selected rental car agencies.
